Roles and responsibilities

• Research and assess facts related to seller transactions.
• Take appropriate actions based on standard operating procedures and available tools.
• Document actions thoroughly with detailed annotations.
• Communicate with external customers via phone or email during the investigation process.
• Interact with internal customers and peers in person, via email, annotations, and phone throughout the investigation and afterward.
• Understand the issue and use available resources to resolve it efficiently.
• Escalate problems or inconsistencies in information to the relevant teams as per standard processes.
• Maintain communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand performance metrics and use them to analyze and achieve business objectives.
• Meet set productivity targets and maintain quality standards.

Must be graduated in any field.
