- Works independently with little supervision.

- Alerts the manager or stakeholders about potential issues affecting key tasks or operations.
- Analyzes data to identify trends and suggests patterns that can be turned into rules.
- Comfortable working with sensitive topics, such as adult content, religious or philosophical issues, tobacco, weapons, and other potentially offensive products.
- Troubleshoots process issues and conducts root cause analysis when necessary.
- Has experience with online retail (e-commerce).

- Educational qualification: For this role, you need to have a Bachelor’s degree.
