Roles and Responsibilities
- Customer Support Role:
- Provide support through phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshooting: Solve technical issues with advanced techniques tailored to customer needs.
- Collaboration: Work with Amazon teams to reproduce and resolve issues, improve services, and enhance customer experience.
- Training and Mentoring: Coach new hires, present training sessions, and participate in hiring initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to process upgrades and strategic projects to improve customer experience and compliance.
- Content Creation: Write tutorials, create how-to videos, and share knowledge with the developer community.
- Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement, skill development, and participating in AWS events globally.
- Complex Problem Solving: Handle critical and challenging issues spanning multiple AWS services.
Skills Required:
- Experience (0-1 year): Linux systems administration, database design, optimization, big data analysis, network administration, or DevOps.
- Programming Skills: Experience in Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP scripting.
- Troubleshooting: Hands-on support and problem-solving experience.
- Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
