Amazon India is hiring for candidates to join as Business Analyst at Hyderabad office. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates having more than 2-3 years of experience working with Macros in Excel and Finance or Tax related field.
It is role of Business Analyst I- Order Performance at Amazon, where selected candidates will be working with Order Processing Team or OP team of Amazon India. The main task of OP Team is to ensure that the 2.3 millions seller on Amazon platform are delivering good quality products to their customers. Op Team is responsible for setting rules and regulations on sellers to ensure a smooth workflow between seller and customers.

Roles and responsibilities
- Collaborate with program manager for creating signals and insights helping Amazon to evaluate seller performance across different stores and fulfillment networks.
- Conduct analysis that shapes performance expectations and initiates actions to enforce policies.
- Experiment with novel seller and offer-specific thresholds, providing analysis and advice on success metrics, as well as the launch and scaling of new enforcement strategies.
- Deliver insights and analysis to help sellers enhance their performance.
- Develop tracking systems and dashboards for internal and customer-facing use.
Qualification
- Education: To join as Business Analyst, candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree.
Eligibility
- Experience:
- Required 1+ year of experience in tax, finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience with Excel VBA macros.
Skills
Required skills
- Experience in using data to make business decisions.
- Must know SQL or ETL.
