Roles and responsibilities
- As a content reviewer you need to review and moderate content across images, text, audio, and videos.
- Pay strong attention to detail to identify inappropriate or sensitive content.
- Must have an awareness of global news and trends to moderate ads effectively.
- Ability to recognize different product categories.Proficiency in English and/or the specific language required for moderation.
- Experience using translation tools for content review.
- Analytical skills to evaluate customer feedback and provide recommendations.
- Ability to meet performance targets for accuracy and productivity.
- Keep in mind, these responsibilities are key part of your role, while the role is not limited to this.
Qualification
- Educational: Having a graduation level education is mandatory.
Eligibility
- Experience: No prior work experience is required, while having interest in reviewing content will be required.
Skills
Mandatory skills
- Must be well versed in English language which included speaking, writing and reading.
Preferred skills
- It will be highly preferable if the candidate have knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
