Visit project sites based on leads, assess feasibility, and propose solutions, including product samples.
Negotiate and finalize project deals, ensuring smooth execution as per agreed terms.
Regularly check project sites to ensure proper service delivery and warranty coverage.
Focus on key clients, regions, and product categories to expand market presence.
Encourage applicators to join loyalty programs to attract new partners and retain existing ones.
Conduct training sessions to increase product awareness and track conversion rates.
Prepare and share reports like index sheets within set deadlines.
Follow required processes and documentation for site-related transactions.
Regularly review dealer accounts to ensure timely payments and clear outstanding dues.
Work closely with retail, service, marketing, and commercial teams to support site-specific needs.
Achieve overall sales targets in terms of value and volume.
Meet sales goals for specific products and segments.
Increase, grow, and retain a targeted group of applicators.
Make sure to collect payments timely.

Required qualification

Education: Candidate must be under graduated.
Experience: Freshers are eligible too, while having 0 to 3 years of experience working in sales department or similar role will be preferred.

Required Skills
