Roles and responsibilities

• Should help the team and gain knowledge.
• Take part in problem-solving discussions.
• Give regular support to clients and make sure their systems or applications work well.
• Talk to clients to understand their problems and give the right solutions.
• Understand client issues and give answers based on your good product knowledge.
• Work with different teams to solve hard technical problems.
• Write and keep proper records of client talks and solutions.
• Keep learning new things in the industry to give the best support to clients.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must-Have: Strong knowledge of Enterprise Network Operations.
• Good to Have:
  • Experience in Network Security Operations.
  • A clear understanding of how networks work and how to solve network-related problems.
  • Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLAN.
  • Basic knowledge of tools used for monitoring and managing networks.
  • Ability to identify and resolve network issues quickly and efficiently.

Qualification

• Must have completed 15 years of full time education. (Must have done graduation in any field).

Additional Note

• The candidate must have 0-2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
