Roles and responsibilities

• Infrastructure Managed Services
  • Oversee the management of infrastructure services and operations for both on-premises and cloud-based environments.
  • Operate and maintain IT infrastructure aligned with service and experience level agreements.
  • Ensure a secure and reliable IT environment by implementing best practices.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance service efficiency and operational effectiveness.
  • Govern and monitor ongoing service delivery and implement necessary enhancements.

• Application and Cloud Support
  • Provide support, monitoring, and maintenance for applications and cloud computing systems.
  • Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively.

• Project Control Services
  • Facilitate program management to improve the quality of technology delivery.
  • Track and manage project management office activities within technology delivery centers.
• Monitor and report on deliverable execution while proactively resolving issues.
• Align priorities and objectives among multiple stakeholders for cohesive project direction.

• Low/No-Code Application Development
  • Develop applications using low-code platforms, configuring systems to meet client-specific needs.
  • Utilize form builders, pre-built templates, drag-and-drop interfaces, and entity builders for development.
  • Analyze and optimize internal business processes to streamline and automate workflows.

• Quality Engineering
  • Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test data for software validation.
  • Apply functional and business knowledge to ensure compliance with testing standards and methodologies.
  • Conduct usability testing and create detailed testing scenarios.
  • Prepare comprehensive software testing reports and submit insights to the development team for improvements.
  • Analyze test outcomes to ensure the final product meets high-quality standards.

Educational Qualifications

• Educational Background: Applicants must have a non-engineering degree, such as B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A., or B.Com. Engineering degrees like B.E., B.Tech, M.E., M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc. in CS/IT/Computer Applications/Data Science are not eligible. Graduates from any year up to 2024 are welcome to apply.
• Academic Performance: No active backlogs are permitted during the application or onboarding stages.
• Course Completion Timeline: Degrees must be completed within the standard duration of the program without gaps. For example, a BBA should be finished within 3 years, or an M.Sc. (PG) within 2 years.
• Prior Applications: Candidates who have undergone the Accenture recruitment process within the past three months are not eligible to apply.
• Professional Experience: A maximum of 23 months of full-time work experience is allowed.
• Work Authorization: Applicants must have valid work eligibility in India. Bhutanese and Nepalese citizens can work without a visa, while other foreign nationals must possess a work visa, Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI), or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card.
