Digital Content Management- Associate

You role is to audit websites for different markets to ensure quality in marketing services, campaigns, and content management of Accenture. You will review online campaigns and website content of different clients associated with Accenture to check if they meet the requirements.

Completing audits on time and ensuring accuracy is a key part of your role. You will also provide clear feedback on errors and report any risks that could affect quality.

Also, you will support digital marketing by reviewing ads and promotional content. In quality management, you will oversee tasks to maintain high standards, help create and implement quality policies, monitor processes, and suggest improvements to enhance overall quality.

Roles and responsibilities

Review and audit work requests using standard checklists.
Track and report audit results.
Complete audits on time, following set targets.
Follow the audit framework to ensure accuracy.
Identify common issues and suggest improvements.
Provide regular reports on audit results and improvements.
Guide team members to enhance work quality.
Update and share checklist versions with the team.
Spot operational risks and report them to management.
Work flexible shifts to align with markets and stakeholders.
Support team workload by managing tasks efficiently and assisting when needed.

Education: Any graduate is eligible to apply for this role.

Eligibility

Experience: Prior experience of at least 1 year is mandatory. Individuals having 1 to 3 years of experience are suitable for this role.

Skills

Technical Skills

As Digital Content Management associate you should posses expertise in Creative Design, Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Auditing.
Must be experienced working with globally distributed teams.
Basic knowledge and experience in HTML coding and CSS.
Hands-on experience with content/campaign management systems like SDL Tridion, AEM, ACM, SFMC.

Interpersonal Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to collaborate across teams and take ownership of audits.
Well-organized and able to manage multiple dependencies efficiently.
Strong appreciation for documentation and process management.
