Roles and Responsibilities
- As a customer support you need to handle chat and email support for customer queries. Try to talk to customer and resolve there queries.
- Assist customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Ensure to resolution issues of the customer timely.
- Make sure to keep a professional approach while talking to the customers.
- You need to maintain accurate records of customer interactions with their feedback.
- You have to collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction.
Required Qualification
- Graduate or undergraduate are eligible to apply for this job role.
- Freshers are also eligible to apply.
- 6 months of prior BPO experience (voice or non-voice) is must.
- Note: You must own a laptop with a reliable broadband or internet connection while applying for this role.
Required Skills
- You need to have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism is required for this job.
- Fast typing speed for email and chat processes is required.
- Having a prior knowledge of customer service in a BPO or KPO setup is a plus.
- As a customer support you should be willing to have flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
