Roles and Responsibilities

• Address and resolve student doubts quickly and accurately, adhering to a 15-minute resolution time.
• Demonstrate expertise in at least one subject: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics for JEE/NEET.
• Meet daily performance targets while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Analyze feedback and proactively reach out to students for better clarity.
• Manage tasks independently while contributing to team objectives.
• Engage in training sessions and adapt to new processes and challenges.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Postgraduate qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.

Required Skills

• Strong command of JEE/NEET subject matter.
• Quick and efficient doubt-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written).
• Logical and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for teaching.
• High energy and enthusiasm for mentoring students.
