Roles and responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Support SAP BTP administration to enable seamless platform integration and functionality.
- Handle SAP HANA tasks like system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee NetWeaver ABAP/JAVA administration to maintain stable and efficient applications.
- Perform SAP Basis tasks, including system upgrades, patch installations, and user management.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure systems meet reporting and compliance needs.
- Work with device and SPM experts to optimize SAP solutions for device management.
- Conduct regular system health checks and implement improvements to maintain integrity.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for easy reference.
- Provide technical support and training to help users understand and utilize SAP systems effectively.
- Participate in project planning and ensure smooth implementation of new SAP features.
- Monitor system performance and take proactive steps to avoid issues or downtime.
- Stay updated on new SAP technologies and practices to enhance system efficiency.
Educational Qualification
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in SAP systems (preferred but not mandatory).
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA administration and its core features.
- Expertise in SAP BTP administration and platform integration.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA administration, including performance optimization and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in managing NetWeaver ABAP/JAVA applications and related tasks.
- Experience with SAP Basis administration, including upgrades and user management.
- Understanding of Finance and Accounting requirements for SAP system functionality.
- Familiarity with device and SPM domain integration in SAP solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
