Roles and responsibilities
- Finding the right customer group for the area to help with lead generation and prospecting.
- Making a simple plan for the sales funnel and creating a value chart for the product in the area.
- Making a database of businesses in the area within the given time frame.
- Collecting monthly MOP data of big paint companies from main dealers.
- Shortlisting potential shops for tinting machines and franchise stores in the area.
- Checking the credit risk for every dealer.
- Collecting data on how much credit big paint companies give and understanding how dealers manage their stock.
- Building a strong team of DDEs (Distributor Development Executives).
- Understanding and explaining monthly trade offers of big paint companies and preparing easy-to-read dashboards.
- Reaching the yearly value and volume targets.
- Achieving numeric and weighted reach goals in the area and growing relationships with key dealers.
- Booking, installing, and maintaining tinting machines at shops in the area.
- Studying and understanding all trade offers and promotions happening on the ground.
- Sharing trade offer details and promotional plans with the concerned people.
- Handling money collection from all dealers.
- Helping dealers with stock management.
- Working with commercial, CFA, and other teams to make sure dealers get proper service as planned.
Qualification
- Anyone who has passed out 12th or equivalent is eligible for this job role.
- Freshers and experienced up to 2 years are eligible to apply for this job role.
