Roles and responsibilities

Solve routine problems using standard guidelines and past examples.
Work mainly with your team and report directly to your supervisor.

Check user-generated content (text, images, videos, etc.) for any policy violations.
Flag or remove content that is unsafe or inappropriate.
Handle reports from users and decide what action should be taken.

Stay focused and maintain accuracy while reviewing high volumes of content.
Be prepared to see sensitive or disturbing material and manage it with care.
Share updates or concerns with supervisors when needed.
Maintain a balanced and healthy work approach using support tools offered by the company.
Be flexible with shifts, including nights or weekends when required.

Qualification

Educational: Candidate require a Bachelor’s degree like BCom, BBA, BCA, B.Tech, BSc., or any similar degree.

Eligibility

Experience: This position requires 0 to 1 year of experience working as a Content moderator or a similar role.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to review content carefully.
Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
Comfortable working with text, audio, video, and user profiles.
Emotional resilience and strong coping skills to handle sensitive or graphic content.

Other requirements for this job

Must be open to working in shifts.

Answer: In my last role, I caught a small data error in a report that could have led to wrong decisions. Fixing it on time saved confusion and showed how careful checking really matters.
