Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and concerns.
- Support data collection to assist in account recovery.
- Gain a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs when needed.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Analyze problems critically and provide solutions.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and collaborate effectively within a team.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate (BA, BCom, BBA, BCA, BSc, BTech etc.)
- Freshers and experienced both are eligible to apply.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service (chat/email/voice) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written English and a neutral English accent.
- A customer-centric approach with effective probing abilities.
