Who are ML Operations Associate & GO-AI Operations Associate at Amazon?

ML Operations Associate & GO-AI Operations Associate are responsible for auditing of images, videos & text. Their job is watching videos of how products are placed in a warehouse. They have to look at the video and understand what is happening.

The videos are of duration between 15 to 20 seconds. Associates watch those videos and verify the correct location of the product. Associates need to be careful and maintain accuracy.

Other details about work

Selected candidates need to visit the branch office occasionally if you are working from home.
Candidate need to keep the laptop camera on during virtual meetings.
This role requires to work 5-days a week and offers 2 consecutive days off.
It is not necessary that the days off will be on Saturday and Sunday.
Off days will be decided based on business needs.

Roles and responsibilities

Watch and review hundreds of videos per shift.
Follow accuracy, speed, and best practice guidelines.
Take breaks at scheduled times.
Work 6.8 to 7 hours daily on video reviews.
If you are working from home, you need to maintain a proper workspace which includes table, chair, with sufficient amount of lighting.
Keep the data private and make sure no other person is able to access it.

Qualification

Education: Ideal candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.

Eligibility

Experience: This position requires no prior work experience.

Skills

Mandatory Skills

Must be open for a non-technical job for a 6-month contract.
Review and audit images, videos, and text-based tasks.
Focus on blurry or unclear videos and give accurate responses.
Meet quality and productivity targets.
Work quickly and consistently.
Able to work remotely and collaborate with a team.

Other requirements

Be open to working different shifts.
Comfortable with rotational shifts, including nights.
May need to work on weekends, nights, or holidays.
