Web DevOps Engineer at Zoom
As a Web DevOps Engineer at Zoom Company, your job will be to ensure Zoom’s meeting services runs smoothly all the time. You will be responsible to build systems that can handle high traffic with no failure.
This role includes improving software deployment process and making sure that the updates happen quickly and with minimal amount of issues. You will also make sure Zoom’s web services stay reliable by setting up backups and recovery plans.
With whom will you work?
This is a global role so you will work with teams in the US, India, and China. Additionally, you will monitor system performance and automate tasks to make the infrastructure more efficient and scalable.

- Keep Zoom’s meeting system running smoothly.
- Build strong and reliable systems.
- Work with teams from the US, India, and China.
- Make deployments faster and better.
- Ensure web services stay online and recover quickly.
- Improve system management for better performance.
Qualification
Education: Candidate must be graduated or post graduated.
Eligibility
Experience: No prior experience required for this position.
Skills
Mandatory Skills
- Candidate must know how to use Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu).
- Work with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Argo CD.
- Use Ansible and Terraform for automation.
- Good at finding and fixing issues in live systems.
- Love automating tasks to save time.
- Worked with microservices and tools like Kubernetes and ECS.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Good to have skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS is a plus).
