To join the Zoom’s team, one has to be proficient in Scripting using Python, Golang, Go or Shell. And one must have a decent knowledge of Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines using Jenkins, Git and other Cloud related technologies.

As a Cloud DevOps Engineer at Zoom, you will be playing crucial role in enhancing scalability, reliability and performance of Zoom’s services. Zoom’s services are Zoom AI Companion, Live Transcription & Translation, Zoom Marketplace, Zoom Web Clients, Zoom Docs and many like this. As Cloud DevOps engineer, you will be collaborating with other team members and build these services on multi-cloud platforms & maintain the standard quality of Zoom services.
Roles and responsibilities
- Optimization & maintenance of Zoom Gateway & AI services.
- Automation using high-scale, high-impact environments.
- Maintaining Cloud-native infrastructure & system reliability.
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
- Collaborate with other developers to navigate service maturity and improve system observability.
- Active participation in on-call rotations 7 days a week and supporting production services.
Qualifications
- Education: To apply as Cloud DevOps Engineer at Zoom, one needs to have completed their graduation in CS, IT, or have relevant certificate in Computer Science and related domain.
Eligibility
- Experience: This position is open for candidates having junior to mid level of experience, i.e. recent graduates & experienced professionals both are eligible for applying.
