Roles and responsibilities
- Collaborate with end users, product owners, and development teams across Order-to-Cash tools, Salesforce, and Entitlements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Play an active role in the technical support team, managing and resolving critical incidents.
- Ensure a smooth Month-end close process by coordinating with stakeholders and addressing challenges.
- Oversee resource activities and streamline workflows for effective service delivery.
- Support S&P Global’s key CRM system to ensure smooth Commercial Operations.
- Understand the full architecture, including end-to-end solutions and system integrations.
- Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and enhance technology usage.
- Develop Knowledge Base articles, Playbooks, and other essential documentation.
- Assist in creating detailed technical documentation for better system understanding.
- Monitor user feedback, address concerns, and collaborate with the Scrum team and Product Owner for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices to maintain high service standards.
- Keep up with the latest technology trends and explore innovations to optimize performance.
Qualifications
Education: Desired candidate for this role must have completed their bachelor’s or master’s in engineering or an equivalent field.
Eligibility
Experience: As a Business Analyst at S&P Global, candidate require to have at least 1 year of experience working in Salesforce team, Technical Support team, or a similar team.
