Roles and responsibilities
- Candidates will be responsible for extracting data, do analysis of financial drivers, and use those insights to recommend actions to key stakeholders.
- Performs detailed financial analysis for specific business units, addressing key issues and supporting major business initiatives with valuable insights.
- Reviews monthly expenses and capital, provides inputs for budgeting and forecasting, and analyzes variances with operational insights.
- They need to interprets financial reports such as budgets, forecasts, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow documents.
- Develops a deep understanding of the organization’s financial processes and operations to provide informed analysis.
- Supports the business by closing financial books, analyzing trends, and creating forecasts aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensures that financial reporting complies with corporate policies and standards while maintaining accuracy and integrity.
- Contributes to projects by conducting research, analyzing data, and providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
- Assists in priority projects by working closely with internal teams, maintaining relationships, and sharing updates through standard reports.
Required Skills
- Candidates should have skills in Accounting and Auditing.
- Knowledge of automation tools is required.
- Must have a strong background in corporate finance and financial analysis.
- Experience with data analysis and creating financial models.
- Candidates should know financial planning, financial services, and financial statements.
- Familiarity with GAAP, internal controls, and investments.
- Possess ability to analyze KPIs, improve processes, and manage P&L.
- Experience with SAP applications and performing variance analysis is a plus.
Required Qualification
- Education: A four-year degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Certification: Certified Public Accountant or Certified Financial Analyst will add a value.
- Experience: Must have 0 to 2 years of experience in similar role.
