Roles and Responsibilities
- Call customers to collect payments and send invoices as requested (email, fax, or mail).
- Fix issues with payments and handle cash application processes.
- Match payments to invoices and complete daily reconciliations on time.
- Resolve customer disputes and answer their questions by working with other teams.
- Check customer accounts, confirm credits or debits, and manage collections or refunds.
Required Skills
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including clear communication and problem-solving.
- Extensive experience in Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash processes.
Qualification
Bachelor’s of Commerce.
