Roles and responsibilities
- Must be willing to work at night from office.
- As a customer support representatives, candidate need to provide services to their clients.
- You will be providing support over various mediums like chats, social media, calls and emails.
- Desired candidate will have to handle queries raised by customer and provide them solutions within time.
- Candidates need to work closely with other team members to set achievable goals and objectives.
- You need to enter the details of customer and maintain their records on CRM software.
Note: Desired candidate need to work at night, as this is a night shift role.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Candidate must have completed their graduation.
- Experience: No prior experience is required for this role.
Required Skills
- HCL Tech is looking for candidates having a good communication and problem solving ability.
