Roles and responsibilities
- Keep and manage reports and spreadsheets for historical data and handle email queues.
- Collaborate with Operations to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Inform WFM about observations to adjust staffing plans or rosters and send alerts for any potential SLA breaches in advance.
- Share insights from existing data with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detect volume changes in markets, processes, or queues by team or agent and notify the relevant stakeholders proactively.
Required Qualifications
- Anyone who has completed their graduation are eligible to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data and numbers.
- Proficient in using Excel.
- Able to handle multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in data and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of using visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL Database and Access Automation will be beneficial.
- Have good Presentation Skills.
- A certification in Lean/Six Sigma will considered an addition.
- Knowledge of Data Science.
