Roles and responsibilities

  • As a Customer Support Specialist you will join a growing international team of over 100 specialists across 8 teams.
  • These teams are led by managers from top companies like Booking and Uber.
  • Work on a flexible, rotating schedule with 9-hour shifts and a minimum of 11 hours between shifts for adequate rest.
  • Provide 24/7 customer support through written communication via chats, emails, and social media—no phone calls required.
  • Receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from our trainers to help you succeed in your role.
  • Operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with clearly defined goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide your performance.
  • Collaborate with a diverse, global team in a supportive and innovative work setting.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in offering support via live chats
  • Excellent command of the English language
